What happens if I run out of credits?

Do subscribers get a discount on credit packs?

Yes. While your Lite, Pro, or Max subscription is active (monthly or annual), you get 15% off the credit pack with the same name: Lite Pack $8.49, Pro Pack $16.99, Max Pack $42.49. The discounted price appears automatically when you're signed in and applies every time you buy that pack. It can't be combined with promo codes. Other packs stay at the regular price. The discount ends when your subscription ends.
Can I switch between plans?

Not within a billing cycle. While a subscription is active you can't switch tiers or move to annual billing directly. Contact support, or subscribe to the new plan after your current cycle ends. Credits already issued stay available until they expire.
Can I convert multiple PDFs in one batch?

Yes, Max plan users can add up to 5 PDFs to one batch; the files convert one after another and can be downloaded together as a ZIP. Each PDF can be up to 50MB in size. Lite and Pro plan users convert one PDF at a time.
Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To qualify for a refund:
